By using braiora.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Informational content
Site materials are for information only and do not constitute a public offer. Services are provided by self-employed Bratkovsky E.V. (UNP KB1936700) under registered activity types: remote online work (group 16), software and web development (group 63), tutoring (group 71), and computer/software setup (group 83). Braiora LMS is B2B software for organizations (development, deployment, support), not licensed educational activity; training courses and programs with formal credentials are not offered. The Consulting section describes professional consulting and online sessions (group 16) — not training courses or formal credentials. BRAIORA Digital 3D Assistant is corporate software with an AI avatar (groups 63, 16). Tutoring is provided to individuals only. Commercial terms for products are defined in separate agreements.
3. Intellectual property
Design, copy, the Braiora logo, graphics, and site code of braiora.com are protected by copyright. The object “Corporate website Braiora (braiora.com)” (type: computer program) is voluntarily registered and deposited with the National Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus — certificate No. 2081-КП (registration and deposit 22.06.2026, register entry 13.07.2026). Copying, scraping, or commercial reuse without written consent is prohibited.
4. Liability
The site is provided "as is". Braiora is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of site materials, to the extent permitted by law.
