2. Data & models

We minimize data collection, enforce access control and audit. Production models undergo risk assessment; critical decisions include human oversight.

3. HR, LMS & Digital Assistant

HR products prohibit hidden profiling without candidate consent. Braiora LMS is not an educational institution: it is B2B software for organizations; the LMS AI assistant augments, not replaces, the customer's responsible staff. In BRAIORA Digital 3D Assistant, users are informed they interact with an automated system; the AI avatar must not be presented as a live human without clear disclosure; human handoff is available. Users are informed about automated systems.
